A mix of boutique and luxury properties is set to bring new energy downtown. The AC Hotel by Marriott, opening in 2026, will add 141 contemporary-design rooms to downtown, bringing new life to a historic building. Located within a 10-minute walk of the convention center, the property also places attendees just steps from East 4th Street dining, including Pickwick & Frolic, nightlife and entertainment.
In 2027, a Marriott Tribute Hotel will anchor redevelopment of the historic Rose Building. The boutique property will offer 123 thoughtfully designed rooms that blend the building’s storied architecture with modern style.
